Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 3-5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Courier (UPS, GLS, Seur, DPD, InPost) with tracking number.

If you prefer delivery to a parcel locker (InPost), please contact us after placing your order to let us know which parcel locker in your area your order should be delivered to.

Your pack shipment for bulk products or products made to order

We will need a few more days of production time. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Courier is not obliged to carry packages up the stairs.

Shipping fees:

for small items up to 2 kg: 8,90 euro
for items from 2 kg up to 5 kg: 12 euro
for items from 5 kg up to 20 kg: 19 euro
